A live virtual guard, watching so you don't have to.
Virtual Guard turns your existing cameras into live, monitored coverage — trained operators watch in real time and intervene before a break-in becomes a loss.
How live monitoring actually works
Recorded footage tells you what happened after the fact. Live monitoring is different — a trained operator is watching your camera feeds as events unfold, so a trespasser, dumpster diver, or intruder gets spotted the moment they show up, not the next morning during a review. That gap matters: by the time someone reviews overnight footage, whoever was on the property is long gone, whether or not they took anything on the way out.
When an operator sees activity that doesn't belong, the first response is usually a talkdown: live voice intervention through an on-site speaker. The operator speaks directly to the person, often calling out exactly where they're standing, which makes clear someone is actually watching in real time. In the large majority of cases, that alone is enough to end the encounter — no guard dispatch, no police response required.
When a situation calls for more, monitoring operators escalate — contacting your designated point of contact, a guard company, or law enforcement directly, and documenting everything with time-stamped footage. Every incident generates a written report you can use for insurance, legal, or property management purposes, whether it was resolved with a talkdown alone or required a further response.
