Eligibility

Am I eligible to make referrals?

You can participate in our Refer-a-Friend Program if:

  • You’re an existing customer that has been with us for at least 90 days.
  • Your account has been active for 90 days and is in good standing.

The Refer-a-Friend Program is not available to:

  • Customers with high outstanding balances and or with 2 or more unpaid monitoring invoices within the past 180 days.
  • Customers referring their own business(s) and or their other home(s).

How many people can I refer?

You will receive 3 free months of monitoring services per referral with no limits during the duration of the promotion.

When will I receive credit in my account?

Credit will be applied once the referred has opened their new account.

How would you (ASA) know I sent them?

Upon their call, we will ask the referred. Once approved and the referred signs their contract, we will notify you to let you know! If you would like to receive regular updates, please fill out the form below to stay up-to-date.
