Am I eligible to refer?

The program is open to existing monitoring customers. Here is exactly who qualifies and who does not, so there are no surprises later.

You qualify if
✓You have been a customer with us for at least 90 days.
✓Your account has been active for 90 days and is in good standing.
The program is not available to
—Accounts with a high outstanding balance, or two or more unpaid monitoring invoices in the past 180 days.
—Customers referring their own additional business locations or their own other homes.

Program details

How many people can I refer?
There is no limit for the duration of the promotion. You receive three free months of monitoring service per referral, so five successful referrals means fifteen free months.
When is the credit applied?
Credit posts once the person you referred has opened their new account. You do not need to chase us for it.
How will you know I sent them?
We ask every caller how they heard about us. Once your referral is approved and signs their agreement, we contact you to confirm. Submitting the form below also puts it on record ahead of their call.
